The Conference on Water & Wastewater Management, with a special focus on Developing Countries, will take place in Perth, Western Australia from 3 – 8 December 2023 at Murdoch University. This conference aims to bring together policy directors, engineers, managers, and researchers from around the world to share ideas and present the latest research findings in the field of water and wastewater management.
The conference will highlight the challenges faced by developing countries in ensuring safe water supply and wastewater treatment. With population growth, industrial development, and pollution, the availability of good quality water is becoming increasingly scarce. Adequate wastewater treatment is also a pressing issue. The conference will address these concerns and discuss sustainable management approaches, emphasizing the importance of water recycling after proper treatment.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore local initiatives in urban water technologies, water-sensitive urban design, and advanced water and wastewater management solutions. The event will feature keynote and invited speakers, technical tours, site visits, and a comprehensive technical program.
